About Mile4

This isn't your average race.

Mile4 is a hybrid fitness race that tests everything. You run. You row. You carry. You bike. You lunge. Then you sprint to the finish. Four movements, separated by four miles of running. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just you, the clock, and every other athlete on that leaderboard.

I never thought I'd call myself an athlete. Mile4 changed that.
